Brandon Harris

Entrepreneur. Mentor. Still Learning.

A Life In Business.
A Belief In People.

Hello, I’m Brandon. I’ve spent more than 30 years building businesses, making decisions, getting things wrong and learning along the way.

These days, I bring that experience to conversations with people who want more from their business and their life. This is a little of the story behind the work.

Experience Gives You Perspective.
People Give It Purpose.

I’ve founded, grown and exited more than 10 businesses. There have been opportunities, challenges, successes and plenty of lessons I could only have learned by being there.

What interests me now is the potential in people: helping them see things more clearly, make sound decisions and build a business that supports the life they want. It’s a practical way to pass on what experience has taught me.

There Wasn’t A Straight Line.

Different businesses. New challenges.
Something to learn at every turn.

01

Engineering & Sales

An HND in Engineering led to technical sales, first in filtration and then sheet metal machinery. A grounding in understanding problems and finding practical solutions.

02

My First Ventures

A bead-blasting business working with motorbike metalwork, a Shell Young Entrepreneur award, then a cookie business built in partnership and eventually sold.

03

Building For The Long Term

Publishing, digital sales and an MBA came along the way. I then spent 20 years building and growing a gym business before selling it in 2019.

04

Passing Experience On

My work with EOS and, now, Further Faster brings those experiences together: helping others find direction, build accountability and take their next step.

A Few Things I Keep Coming Back To.

The useful lessons tend to stay with you, long after the business itself has moved on.

01

Do What You Say

Good intentions matter. Following through is what makes the difference.

02

Stay Curious

Experience helps, but it doesn’t mean having every answer. There is always another perspective worth hearing.

03

Make Room For The Life You Want

A successful business should mean something beyond the business itself: at work, at home and for the people around you.

04

Pass It On

If something I’ve learned can help someone else see a way forward, that experience has a purpose beyond my own journey.

There’s More To Life
Than Business.

A few of the things that make
life outside work my own.

Staying Fit & Strong

I opened the gyms years ago to help people live longer, healthier lives. As I get older, I’m taking that seriously in my own life too. I keep my training varied: gym sessions, mountain biking, some running and plenty of mobility work. For me, it’s about staying fit and strong so I can keep enjoying the things I love.

Motorbikes & Adventures

I enjoy building and riding classic Japanese motorbikes, and getting out on adventures such as Sandraiders. There’s a lot to enjoy in both the making and the riding.

Time With My Family

Walks, holidays and time with my wife and family. I also like helping my two sons where I can, as they find their own way.

Something To Read

I usually have two books on the go: a business book, alongside a novel or biography. Different stories, different perspectives, always something to take away.
